Italian Erasmus, call for applications published

for domestic study mobility programmes

Italian Erasmus kicks off: the call for applications of the University of Florence for the provision of scholarships to support educational mobility programmes in Italy. This is a novelty introduced this year by the Ministry of Universities and Research to promote innovation and interdiscipline in education, strengthening integration between Italian universities.

By 15 July (1 p.m.), it will be possible to apply online (via the Google Form) for a study period of 3 to 6 months at other Italian universities that have an agreement with the University of Florence.

The Italian Erasmus programme enables students to follow courses, take exams, do internships or write dissertations at host universities, guaranteeing recognition of the study period.

The partner universities that have had an agreement with the University of Florence for more than twenty courses include Roma La Sapienza, Roma Tre, Trento, Ca’ Foscari, Milano-Bicocca, Palermo, Cagliari, and the universities of Salerno, Molise and Basilicata.

University of Florence students regularly enrolled full-time in bachelor’s degree, master’s degree and five year single-cycle master’s degree courses can participate in the Italian Erasmus programme (see list of courses), once they have an equivalent economic situation indicator (ISEE) not exceeding €36,000: 72 places are available.

The grant that will be awarded to the successful students will be modulated and may not exceed €800 per month. The rankings with the names of the winners will be announced in August 2024.
