The University of Florence offers various postgraduate training opportunities, including master’s course, PhD and specialisation courses. These programmes allow students to further their academic and professional education in various subject areas.

To obtain a copy of your degree or professional qualification certificate from the University of Florence, you must send a formal request by email to the relevant department. The request should be addressed to [email protected] and should include the following details: full name, date and place of birth, degree number, and, if applicable, the tax code for qualification for master’s degrees. It is essential to attach a copy of a valid identity document if the request comes from a personal email address. Delivery is by registered mail and does not entail any cost for the applicant.

The University of Florence offers various job search tools and resources. These include the services offered by the Centro Orientamento e Tutorato (COT) and the Job Placement platform, accessible to students and graduates of the university. These tools make it possible to consult job advertisements, internships and professional opportunities, as well as offer support in preparing CVs and interviews.

To apply for recognition of academic qualifications obtained abroad at the University of Florence, a specific procedure must be followed. First of all, check whether your degree is already recognised in Italy via the website of the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR). If your degree is not automatically recognised, you will have to submit an application for recognition to the University’s International Relations Office. The procedure may vary depending on the country of origin and the type of degree.
