2 pm: online matriculation (first-year admission) procedures open for first cycle/bachelor, second-cycle/master’s and single-cycle (L.M. c.u.) degree courses that have unrestricted access (no entry selection test). Incoming transfer from other universities to unrestricted access courses
Recognition of foreign academic titles: opening of the procedure
Application for re-matriculation of lapsed students with the recovery of a previous academic career (to unrestricted access courses)

Enrolment in the second and further years begins
Application window to request or revoke part-time student status opens (to unrestricted access courses)
9 am: opening of online procedures to:
- apply for transfer to unrestricted access courses within the University of Florence
- apply for transfer to other universities (outgoing)
- enrolment in single subjects with unrestricted access
- authorise the University to access the INPS database to acquire the ISEE income assessment
- request for exemption due to a sibling simultaneously enrolled in the University of Florence (must notify online the sibling's student number)
Deadline for re-matriculation application for lapsed students with the recovery of the previous academic career (to unrestricted access courses)
From 10 September to 8 November 2024, students will still be able to apply but will be charged an additional administrative fee of €100

Contract starting date and first instalment deadline for students enrolled at Specialization Schools of the healthcare area with MD access, except a.y. 2019/2020
Contract starting date and first instalment deadline for students enrolled at the Specialization Schools of the healthcare area with NON-MD access (all years)

Ordinary deadline for unrestricted access programmes:
- First-year matriculation and transfers from other universities (incoming) to first-cycle/bachelor, second-cycle/master’s and single-cycle (L.M. c.u.) degree courses
- Submission of requests for or renunciation to part-time status;
- Recognition of foreign academic titles
From 9 November to 16 December 2024, students will still be able to submit the aforementioned requests but will be charged an additional administrative fee of €100
Ordinary deadline for enrolment in the years following the first to all degree courses and the Specialization Schools of the Area of Archaeological Heritage, Architectural and Landscape Heritage, Historic-Artistic Heritage and Legal Professions, with payment of the first instalment
From 9 November 2024 students can still enrol but will be charged an additional administrative fee of €100.
Ordinary deadline for renewal of enrolments in the years following the first for students requesting exemptions
From 9 November 2024 to 17 January 2025 students will be charged an additional administrative fee of €100 (except for exemption cases)
Deadline to apply for transfer to other universities (outgoing)
From 9 November to 16 December 2024 students can still apply online for course transfers but will be charged a late fee of €100
Deadline for application for re-matriculation of lapsed students with the recovery of a previous academic career (to unrestricted access courses)

Ordinary deadline for transfer requests to unrestricted access courses
From 17 December 2024 to 17 February 2025 students can still apply online for course transfers but will be charged a late fee of €100
Closing of online matriculation and incoming transfer procedures to first cycle/bachelor, second-cycle/master’s and single-cycle (L.M. c.u.) degree courses with unrestricted access
Closing of online admissions and outgoing transfer procedures to degrees with unrestricted access
Deadline by which the discharge papers from other universities for unrestricted access courses must be received
Deadline to apply for recognition of foreign academic titles

Deadline for part-time student status requests, variations or revocations
Late enroiment renew (after 1 January 2025), must be submitteed before the payment of the first instalment, that will be prorated to the new student status

1 pm cut-off time to: Request fee exemption for sibling simultaneously enrolled in the University of Florence (must notify online the sibling's student number)
Deadline to request ISEE calculation at a CAF/INPS office
Deadline for late application for university fees exemption
Deadline to authorise the University to determine the ISEE value by accessing the INPS database
From 21 January 2025 students can submit the ISEE but will be charged a late fee of €100

Deadline for payment of the first instalment of university fees and charges only for students in the years following the first to all degree courses and Specialization Schools of the Area of Archaeological Heritage, Architectural and Landscape Heritage, Historic-Artistic Heritage and Legal Professions and of the healthcare area with NON-MD access, who applied for ARDSU scholarships for the academic year 2024/2025 and were NOT successful/eligible. After this date, a late fee of €100 will apply

Final deadline and closure of the online service for applications for transfer to unrestricted access courses

Deadline for enrollment in the unrestricted access second-cycle/master's degree courses for graduates of the University of Florence who renewed their enrollment in the academic year 2024/2025 in the bachelor's degree course

Deadline for matriculation in the unrestricted access second-cycle/master's degree courses for those who graduated at the University of Florence in the period 9 November 2024 to 30 April 2025, who renewed their enrollment in the academic year 2024/2025 in the first cycle/bachelor's degree course

Second instalment payment deadline for:

Students enroled in all degree courses
Students enroled in the Specialization Schools of the Area of Archaeological Heritage, Architectural and Landscape Heritage, Historic-Artistic Heritage, Legal Professions
Students enrolled at the Healthcare MD Specialization Schools
Students enroled at the Healthcare non-MD Specialization Schools
