University Closing Days

The University of Florence will observe the following closing days as part of the annual calendar of holidays for 2025:

• From 1 to 6 Jaunary - Christmas break
• 19 - 21 April - Easter Days
• 25 April - Liberation Day
• 1 - 2 May - Labour Day
• 2 June - Republic Day
• 23 - 24 June - St John’s Day, Patron Saint of Florence
• From 11 to 22 August - Summer break
• 1 November - All Saints Day
• 8 December - Immaculate Conception Day
• From 25 to 28 December - Christmas break
