Researchers (ricercatori) are hired with a fixed-term employment contract, through a public procedure. They contribute to the development of academic research by carrying out research activities in the field related to their hiring contract. They produce research papers, essays and academic articles. They carry out teaching activities both in class and e-learning modes and support students at all levels of their academic careers, within their field of expertise. They also supervise theses at all academic levels.

The legal publication of University documents, for the effectiveness of which a form of publicity of legal and evidential relevance is required, is guaranteed through the Official Register.
