Contenuto Horizon Europe is the European Union's framework programme for Research and Innovation for the period 2021-2027. It replaces the previous Horizon 2020 framework programme and has a budget of €95.5 billion, the most ambitious since the launch of the Union's framework programmes. The main objective pursued by the European Union through the Framework Programme is to achieve the EU's strategic priorities, including the green and digital transitions and global challenges, providing researchers with the necessary tools to carry out innovative projects and activities.
